RETURNS INFORMATION

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@desavarylondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return request has been reviewed, our team will be in touch to arrange collection of your parcel.

Please note, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

  1. Email info@desavarylondon.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the item(s) you would like to return
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps
  3. We will arrange collection of your return parcel
  4. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached
  5. Once your return has arrived back with us, it will be checked by our team
  6. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived back with us. Once your refund has been initiated, please allow 7–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
