What are de Savary London's operating hours?

Our online store is always open, you can shop anytime at desavarylondon.com. With customer care is available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm GMT. We aim to respond to all business and customer enquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK Public Holidays).

Orders & Shipping

What is the pre-order timeframe?

We regularly operate on a pre-order basis to allow for a more considered approach to production. Each piece is carefully handmade to a high standard, and this process cannot be rushed. Producing in this way allows us to work thoughtfully with our makers and materials, avoiding unnecessary surplus.

For pre-order purchases, delivery times are estimated at 7–12 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready.

Please allow one working day for order processing before production begins. This does not include weekends or UK public bank holidays.

Does my order include taxes?

Orders delivered within the UAE are dispatched from Dubai, so no import duties are applicable.

For orders delivered outside the UAE, duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the courier or local customs authority before delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock orders are dispatched from Dubai within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please note, orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Items must be unused, unworn and returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for further information on our Returns policy.

Can I exchange an item?

We offer exchanges for UK orders only. For order places outside of the UK please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style or size.

How do I return an order?

To request a return, please email info@desavarylondon.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Our team will review your request and, once approved, arrange collection of your parcel. Please ensure all items are unused, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
